Details
These stools have an openwork design resembling wisteria vines and lotus flowers are incised on the top. Assumed to be excavated from Gaesung, they are good examples of the advanced firing techniques of Goryeo. Lotus flowers are incised on the top. Shards of similar work were found at kiln sites in Yucheon-ri, Buan-gun, Jeolabuk-do and historic sites in Jindo, Jeolanam-do.
